WASHINGTON — The Senate on Thursday unanimously agreed to hang a plaque honoring the officers who protected the Capitol when it was under attack by a pro-Trump mob on Jan. 6 five years ago.

(The Center Square) - The U.S. House of Representatives passed a bill to extend Affordable Care Act subsidies for another three years. The bill passed in a 230-196 vote on Thursday. Seventeen House Republicans joined 213 House Democrats to pass extensions of the tax subsidies.

NH Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, who voted to end the government shutdown for a vote on the ACA subsidies, said that this is "not the end of the fight."
